Well we've finally moved to our new space in downtown Los Angeles. The views are great , big windows on all four sides. From downtown to the , snow capped mountains, Palos Verdes, Pacific Palasades and the ladies with short skirts that drive by in their cars and trucks on Alemeda. It's all a sight to see.

Our new radio and television studios are fourteen thousand square feet of space at the top of our building. Inside we are working to build a spectaculer space created with recycled donated materials and objects. So send us your your old stuff and bring in the new. We're building a comfortable home for all our studio members. A place to create hot heart warming shows and a place to meet many like minded folks that you can explore your private life with.

More fun and sexy things coming your way as we build out the studio including amazing overnight therapy rooms for our show guests and friends of the institute. Come show off to the world in these web wired rooms that can broadcast your frolicking around the world. Look out the window and play with the folks at the studio bar, look out the other window and you are in the Zen Gardens and look out yet another window and you are high above Los Angeles.
